1. Who runs the website

www.eustyl.hu ("the website"; eustyl.hu and eustyl.com lead here too) is run by the operator of the Eustyl website (email: info@eustyl.hu) — "the operator", "we". Details in the Imprint.

2. Accepting these terms

These terms cover the use of the website. By using it you accept them; if you do not agree, please do not use the website.

3. What the website is for

The website presents Eustyl — a note-taking app for construction managers, in development — and lets you tell us you are interested and get in touch. You cannot buy, register or enter into a contract on it. Its content is for information only: it is not an offer or professional advice, and the features described are the planned product, which may change.

4. Intellectual property

The website's content — texts, drawings, figures, the name and mark "Eustyl", visual identity, design and source code — is protected by copyright (Hungarian Act LXXVI of 1999) or used with permission. You may not copy, distribute, adapt or publish it without our permission, except for free use allowed by law. Details in section 3 of the Imprint.

5. What we ask of you

Use the website for its purpose and within the law. In particular, do not:

  • disrupt or overload the website or get around its protections;
  • download or collect its content automatically and in bulk without our permission (normal indexing by search engines and services that follow robots.txt is fine);
  • place malicious code, or act in a way that misleads or infringes others' rights;
  • enter false data, or someone else's data, in the form — you are responsible for the data you give.

6. Liability

We try to keep the website working and available, but cannot guarantee it. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage arising from the website being unavailable or faulty, or from using the information on it, nor for the content of other sites it links to.

8. Changes

We may change these terms by publishing a new version on the website; changes apply to use after publication. The current version is always here.

9. Governing law, language

Hungarian law governs these terms — in particular Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code — and disputes go before the Hungarian courts. These terms were written in Hungarian; this English version is an informative translation, and the Hungarian text prevails if they differ.
