Privacy notice
For visitors to the Eustyl website (www.eustyl.hu) and anyone who uses its contact form

This is an informative translation; if it differs from the Hungarian text, the Hungarian prevails.
1. Who handles your data?
Controller: the operator of the Eustyl website — "the controller", "we"

We are not required to appoint a data protection officer and have not done so; reach us at the address above with any data protection question.
2. What this notice covers
Data handled on www.eustyl.hu (and the addresses that redirect to it, eustyl.hu and eustyl.com). The website can be viewed freely, without registering. We act under the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), Hungarian Act CXII of 2011 on informational self-determination (Infotv.) and Act CVIII of 2001 on electronic commerce (Ekertv.).
3. What we handle, why, and for how long
3.1 Contacting us through the form
The form at the bottom of the page lets you tell us you are interested in Eustyl or in a pilot. Filling it in is voluntary.

Legitimate interest. Answering and following up messages you chose to send us; we handle only what you give us, so the effect on your privacy is small. We will send you the balancing test on request.
How your message reaches us. The form sends it over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to the website's server, which passes it on by email to the info@eustyl.hu mailbox without keeping a copy. Nothing of your message stays on the website's server.
No newsletters, no advertising. We use your address only to answer you and to contact you about Eustyl's development and a pilot.
3.2 Protecting the form from abuse

3.3 Visiting the website
When you open the website your browser — as with any website — sends some technical data (such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time). The hosting provider's server uses them to deliver the website and keep it secure, and may record them in its usual server log.

We do not measure traffic, build profiles or make automated decisions.
3.4 Cookies and similar technologies
The website uses no cookies and stores nothing else in your browser (such as local storage). We use no analytics, advertising or social-media tracking, and the website loads nothing from third-party servers (even the fonts come from our own server). So we do not ask for cookie consent. If this ever changes, we will update this notice first and ask for your consent before setting any cookie that is not strictly necessary.
4. Who can see your data
What you send through the form is seen only by the operator of the website, as far as needed to answer you.

We do not pass your data to anyone else or sell it, unless the law requires us to.
5. Transfers outside the EU
Your data stays in the European Union; we do not transfer it outside the EEA.
6. Security
We take every technical and organisational measure that can be expected of us to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, deletion or damage. The website is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS); the server hands your message to the mail server over an encrypted connection and keeps no copy; only authorised people can open the mailbox.
7. Your rights
- Access — ask whether we hold your data and, if so, which and how [GDPR Art. 15]
- Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data or complete missing data [Art. 16]
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data [Art. 17]
- Restriction — ask us, in certain cases, to keep but not use your data [Art. 18]
- Portability — ask for the data you gave us in a machine-readable form [Art. 20]
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest [Art. 21]
Send requests to info@eustyl.hu. We answer without undue delay and within one month at the latest; where justified, this can be extended by two more months, and we will tell you if so. Answering and acting are free of charge.
8. Complaints
Please write to us first at info@eustyl.hu — we will try to sort it out quickly. You may also complain to the supervisory authority:

You may also go to court; you can bring the case before the regional court of your place of residence or stay.
9. Data breaches
If a breach affecting your data is likely to put your rights at risk, we report it to the NAIH without undue delay and, where feasible, within 72 hours; if the risk is high, we tell you too. We keep a record of breaches [GDPR Art. 33–34].
10. Children
The website is meant for a professional audience. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16; if we find we have, we delete it.
11. Changes to this notice
We may change this notice by publishing a new version on the website; the current version is always here. We will also email everyone who contacted us through the form about any important change.
